Richard Allen Koch

Mr. Koch obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering at Brigham Young University in 1972, and his law degree at the University of Utah in 1975. While at the University of Utah he was in the top 10% of his class, and he was an associate editor of the Utah Law Review.

Mr. Koch has been happily married since 1970, and he is the father of seven children. He has worked extensively with the Boy Scouts of America and he has served a number of assignments with his church. He speaks Spanish. His peers have rated his legal skills as "high to very high," and his ethical standards as "very high."

Mr. Koch practices primarily in the areas of wills and probate, business law, and civil litigation. He has written hundreds of wills and trusts, and he has successfully handled several hundred probates. He is currently the resident agent for approximately 120 Nevada corporations. Although he has an extensive and successful record in court with a wide variety of cases, he always first tries to reach a fair settlement of his clients' cases when possible.
